This is primarily aimed at SME`s and the objective is to create future growth opportunities for the selected companies that will allow them to expand their workforce and profitable revenue.

The grants of up to $8,000 are available to eligible Queensland businesses for the supply of our business analysis & development services.

We review and implement detailed assessments of the key areas influencing the business, to create a results based plan to assist the owner create strategies which improve their business model.

We then work with the company to help implement the strategic solutions agreed in phase 1 of the business review.

How much is the investment for this extensive experience and assistance? Absolutely none at all! The applications take around 2 weeks to process for clearance

The Queensland Government support all of the above up to the value of $8,000.

A clear action plan is created and with the help of our experienced team the support is on hand to help implement the agreed business strategies.

The Department Of Employment, Economic Development & Innovations (DEEDI) have allocated $10M of support in this financial year

This is aimed at sustaining & improving employment, while protecting those financially vulnerable companies from job losses

The Grant works in 2 stages:

• Stage 1. This provides $3,000 of support (Our consultants consultancy) for the assessment of the main areas affecting the business. It includes a S.W.O.T analysis, review of systems, reporting processes and creation of a business plan
• Stage 2. This is made up of an additional $5,000 funding which is used to mentor, advise and support the implementation of the priority strategies, reviewed and agreed in stage 1

Clients must have experienced either a 25% contraction in their working capital (assets less liabilities) between the last 2 financial years, or have had negative working capital in both of these periods.

The Queensland Government has a qualification criteria of 10 full time employees or equivalent. Therefore this could mean for example that a company has 9 full time employees and 2 part time that equals the hours of a full time employee.

Alternatively a contractor who earns over $45,000 a year can be included as a full time employee as part of the application. In addition the company must have a ABN (Australian Business Number) and be registered for GST.

The industries which companies must be part of are shown below. If you are in one of the local areas then it does not matter which industry your are from providing that you still have 10 full time employees or equivalent
